I'd love to think that he was whisked off his feet by some handsome man or gorgeous woman and decided to stay like this forever. It'd probably be the next frame for the story (if I knew who the girl was and could find more pics of her). Real life experience tells me that 'she'd' end up in a corner at the party hoping no one notices her. If she DID get hit on, she'd freak out because she's not used to it. Eventually she'd go home and MAYBE dress up now and again.
